About Booked it

We are a team of about 20, working from our central London office and remotely across several countries.
Our philosophy
We want to democratise access to booking software technology.

We believe that venues and events of all sizes should be able to leverage advances in technology, in order to make the most of their opportunities, and create a more level playing field in often very tough sectors.

Our History
In 2019 we began offering booking management software for the B2B market across leisure, travel and hospitality industries.

Things really fired up in 2020 when we helped hundreds of venues get ready to reopen post lockdown with technology like mobile ordering and table reservations. We took pride in helping small businesses transition into a new way of working, putting them in a position to allow them to not only survive, but thrive.

Over the next 5 years we have built upon and improved our software, and 2023 saw the launch and initial roll-out of Booked it 3.0, a big step forwards in our product offering.

Over 600 businesses across the world now use our booking, ticketing, marketing, CRM and loyalty software products, from small one-person venues through to large chains.
