All of our clients get access to a dedicated Account Manager, on-hand to help out with any questions, technical assistance and changes to your set up.
Once your account is all set up you’ll be assigned one of our Account Managers. You’ll be able to contact them by phone, email, WhatsApp and directly from your dashboard.
For out-of-hours queries you’ll have access to our Support Team, who will be able to provide the assistance you need.
All of our Account Managers know our software inside-out, and they all have direct communication with our Development Team for more advanced queries and feature requests.
We also have a ticket helpdesk, so you can raise a ticket directly with the team, and check on the status of any in-progress tickets. This can also be accessed directly from your dashboard, so you can quickly raise a ticket without leaving our software.
